This Return & Refund Policy is established in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance (GEO) No. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded at a distance. At BEOOPSIE, we are committed to ensuring transparency, hygiene standards, and compliance with both Romanian and EU consumer protection legislation.

The Client will use the Return Form to submit the return request.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Window)

If you are an EU-based customer, you have the legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing at info@beoopsie.com within the 14-day period. Once we confirm your request, we will provide the necessary return instructions.

Conditions for a valid return:

  • Product must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • The return must include the invoice or fiscal receipt.
  • Return requests submitted after 14 calendar days are no longer eligible unless the item is found to be defective

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16(e) of GEO No. 34/2014, products that are unsealed and hygiene-sensitive cannot be returned.

Once our press-on nails or nail care products are sealed in tamper-evident hygienic packaging, these items will be excluded from the right of withdrawal if the seal is broken.

This policy exists to uphold hygiene standards and ensure the safety of our customers, as opened cosmetic products cannot be safely resold or disinfected.

Additionally, products purchased directly from:

  • The BEOOPSIE headquarters,
  • Temporary physical locations
  • Fairs or events,

Do not fall under distance commerce regulations, and therefore are not covered by the 14-day return policy. These items can be inspected in person at the time of purchase.

3. Return Process

  1. To return an eligible product, please follow these steps:
    Contact us via email at info@beoopsie.com to request a return and receive your Return Request Number.

  2. After approval, send the product(s) along with a copy of the invoice to the following address:

    (Please call in advance to confirm delivery hours if returning in person)
  3. Clearly write the Return Request Number on the transport label (AWB).

  4. Send the AWB number and courier details to info@beoopsie.com immediately after dispatch.

  5. Use a reliable courier service and do not send packages with Cash on Delivery (COD). Packages received via COD or without a valid return number will not be accepted.

  6. Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during transport. We recommend insuring the package for the full value of the products returned.

4. Return Shipping responsibilities

  • For returns made under the 14-day withdrawal period (non-defective products), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • For returns due to product defects, incorrect items, or non-conformity, BEOOPSIE will cover all associated shipping costs.

We are not liable for products that are lost or damaged during return shipment. Please ensure appropriate packaging and tracking.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned product has been received and verified by our team.

In line with GEO 34/2014, we reserve the right to delay the refund until we have:

  • received the returned product(s), or 
  • received evidence of return from the customer (whichever occurs first).

The refunded amount will cover the value of the product(s) returned. Original shipping fees are refunded only in the case of a full order withdrawal.

6. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Law 449/2003 and EU Directive 1999/44/EC.

Within 2 years from the date of delivery, you may request:

  • Product repair (where possible),
  • Replacement,
  • Price reduction, or
  • A full refund (if the defect cannot be remedied otherwise).

To initiate this process, please email info@beoopsie.com with:

  • Your order number,
  • A clear description of the issue, and
  • Supporting photos or videos.

We will process the request promptly and cover all shipping and handling costs for validated claims.

7. Return Refusal or Reduction of Refund

Returned products must be in the same condition as delivered. If a product shows signs of use, tampering, or damage caused while in the customer’s possession, BEOOPSIE reserves the right to:

  • Deduct a proportional amount from the refund, or
  • Refuse the return entirely, depending on the extent of deterioration.
